Custom Orders

If you are:

• Looking to place a bigger order or stock up on your favourite liquids
• After a product or strength we don't usually carry
• Require a different shipping method (such as Royal Mail)*
• Living in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands or the Channel Islands

A few T's and C's:

• We will request payment through a custom link to our payment gateway (Viva Wallet). We are unfortunately unable to take payments over the phone.
• Due to the bespoke nature of custom orders, and in line with our existing returns policy on E-liquid and coils, we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges, unless in exceptional circumstances. However, if there is a problem or unprecedented delay with your order, we will be in touch to discuss options, and if applicable, a refund.
• For pre-orders of our mainstream brands, please get in touch ahead of the weekend so that we can ensure that your stock makes it onto our weekly order.
